This is a variation of the traditional log cabin design, but with a modern twist. 30 Diamond pieced shapes are arranged on a 60 degree angle. (Shoulda paid more attention im math class.)

There are 12 shades of blue and 12 shades of white in this quilt. This is an extemely challenging quilt, but well worth the labour. Probably the most stunning quilt that I have done.
