Melanie's love of Scoobie-Doo is evident from the many Scoobies placed on white-on-white squares throughout the quilt. He is chasing tiny metallic dragonflys. In each square approximately 65 photos and pieces of artwork were included.

The photos were arranged in chronological order beginning with her baby photo and following her life to date to depict the lovely young woman she has become.

A variety of mauve lilac, yellow and purple fabrics were used. The quilt's border was quilted with sprays of daisies.

As often happens, I have become very good friends with her Mom during the process of creating this one-of-a-kind quilt.
