Log Cabin in Ivory - A Mother's Delight

This quilt was made in a very traditional quilting pattern called a Log Cabin. This pattern works very well for this type of quilt as the photos are used as the center of each block. This one was designed in various shades of cream & white,The photos were printed in a seipia(light brown) tone as opposed to true B&W to give a subtle amount of colour to the overall look of the quilt.

The center block contains a bouquet of cream silk flowers held together with a lace row. Sprays of tiny cream roses were scattered throughout the quilt.
