This contemporary "jazzie" looking quilt was inspired by a delightful young gentleman (who reminded me a lot of a young JFK). As shown, it consisted entirely of black and white squares, with a single red border around each photo.

While making the quilt I discovered that if you stare at it long enough, it begins to move. (M.C. Escher would be proud, or else I may very seriously need a holiday.)

Although appearing simple, this was a very unique & interesting quilt to create. My math skills were severely tested in this quilt.
