This quilt was designed to celebrate a 40th Anniversary and life's journey of 2 great people.

Six diamonds filled with 6 hearts, each representating a part of their lives, from the "roaring sixties" till today.

The centre contained a photo of the happy couple on their wedding day and one taken recently - still the happy couple 40 years later. The border consisted of an appliqued flower vine at the surpise party held in their honour. Each guest signed a leaf making this a true memory quilt.
