Photo Transfer/Memory/Scap Book Quilts Quilts

Graduation for Caitlin Size 82" X 87" 144 Photos and mementos - From Hospital ID, Beads, Kindegarten Graduation Certificates, Samples of Artwork through to Graduation Photographs and events that shape us. This quilt started with a box of 400 photos from which I chose (with the help of my brilliant husband, who maintains this web site and writes this copy, but is much too humble to mention this) 144 photos. This work was all hand-quilted to make this a highly personalized graduation gift. She likes daisy's. These were hand-appliqued throughout the piece,along with seveal bumble bees. The photos were arranged chronologically. When she takes this to college, it will serve as a loving reminder of family and friends. This quilt took 4 months to complete and will be enjoyed for generations to come.
