21 different dogs were appliqued onto various panels much like the Cat Quilt. It was also quilted onto black velour. Although it is virtually the same as the Cat Quilt our cats choose to boycott it completely.

This particular quilt has a special place in my heart as my mother found great comfort in having it on her hospital bed while she was gravely ill. Although she is gone I know that it helped to make her feel very special and loved as her nurses would take time from their busy schedules to enjoy it with her.
