Panda's on the Prowl 109"X109"


A family of 3 fuzzy, appliqued pandas are the focal point of this large mural quilt. The background conssits of a bevy of busy pandas doing what busy pandas do. The sky was hand painted and the bushes were stuffed, giving this quilt a very 3 dimensional look.

Each tree was appliqued with "snippets" of green leaves, each sewn individually. The outer border was designed to look like a bamboo lattice surrounding the entire quilt. A few michevious pandas can be found peeking at their friends
